Making Anemone flowers out of gumpaste. (50% gumpaste 50% fondant)
Roll out your Gumpaste
Roll it out as thin as possible, until it looks see through
Use your flower cutter
Make sure your edges and clean
With your ball pin go around the edge and smooth out
Cup your patals by pressing the middle towards the inside of the flower
Cup the petal twice
Place in a flower mold to folm the flower while it dries
Place paper towel between the flower while it dries to give it more form
do center with black fondant and let dry over night.
Deciding on the shape, size and style.
Stacking up the cake with filling
Frosting the cakes individually with buttercream
All smoothed out
Frosting the other tiers
Refrigerated over night
Applying fondant to the bottom tier
Applying zebra fondant to 2nd tier
Nice and smooth refirgerated while the other tiers get covered
3rd tier dressed up in fondant
Top Tier (three layers of cake inside)
Fondant all smoothed out
Now time to stack them up (the fun begins)
Applied buttervream on top in order for top tier to stick
